Hi! I’m Jane. A Reiki Master with over 20 years’ experience in holistic healing therapies. Reiki has truly been life-changing for me; I was attuned to reiki level 1 over 20 years ago, and it has taken me on a wonderful journey, one in which I have been privileged to meet and work with the most amazing people. 

I’m so passionate about Reiki; the difference it has made to my own life and the lives of so many others are truly incredible. Life can be so busy, traumatic and stressful at times, and goes by in the blink of an eye, and we all tend to neglect ourselves and let life’s stresses and trauma build up, a lot of toxic, negative and draining energy that we carry around daily. It is so important to prioritise ourselves, place value on our health and well-being, and protect our precious energy, to rebalance and re-energise. The power of Reiki to clear and rebalance energy is truly amazing, a resetting.

My background is working with children and young people with a range of additional needs.  I worked for a children’s charity for over 8 years - I had the privilege of working with some amazing children, from babies to teens, supporting them and their families. It is this background, work and life experience that has led me to focus on working with children and teens with my Reiki healing. 

For the last decade I delivered Reiki sessions alongside my full-time job and family commitments. Reiki is now my full-time focus, a calling I am completed committed to (alongside being a busy wife and mum to 3 highly spirited children and 3 dogs! I practice self-healing Reiki on myself a lot 😉).  

I offer various Reiki services and courses for those wanting to take their own Reiki practice and journey to the next level. All sessions are delivered from my home in Bamford; where a warm, homely, spiritual haven welcomes you. From start to finish you will feel completely at ease, relaxed, and enjoy the healing therapy.
