Hi I’m Kate! I work as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, specialising in pre and post-natal exercise. I offer personal training on a 1-2-1 and small group basis at Station 22 in Waterfoot and on a mobile basis across Rawtenstall, Ramsbottom and Bury. I also deliver group exercise classes in a variety of disciplines, alongside pre and post-natal specific sessions. I love what I do… supporting people to improve their health and well-being, and women through their pregnancy journey and post-natal recovery is a privilege. I’ve worked with so many people, women over the years… all abilities, and pre and post-natal stages, each with different goals and motivations to train. My approach and nature is supportive and encouraging, pushing people to progress within their limits, and achieve their strength, fitness and well-being goals... whilst having fun!
